B) How Can I Run a Search For a Specific Hentai Movie / Image?
Using our search engine, placed in the top of every page, is something many of our subscribers outline as a "speedy and rewarding resource". Take full advantage of it! After all, we designed it to make finding exactly what you need a painless and speedy experience!

C) I Want to Browse Through Your Images.. What Do I Need?
A recent (preferably the most updated) version of either Internet Explorer or Netscape. An image viewer also helps if you wish to browse quickly through any images you may have downloaded from our site to your computer (ACDSee is a great image viewing program).

D) Why can’t I login to view your movies?
Our video access files are updated every 10 minutes, so if you have just signed up with us, you will need to wait approx 10-15 minutes in order to gain access. Please be patient!

E) I click on your movie files and my player launches automatically, but nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?
Streaming is the method of playing online media directly off of a website by simply left clicking the video link (which launches a media player capable of streaming the respective video format). Please look at the following list so that you can understand which video formats are capable of streaming and which are not:

The following video formats will NOT stream:

    - Divx (.avi)
    - Xvid (.avi)
    - Mpeg (.mpeg, .mpg)
    - Ogg Vorbis (.ogg, .ogm)
    - Matroska (.mkv)

The following video formats WILL stream:

    - Windows Media 9 (.wmv)
    - Real Media 10 (.rm)

The following players support streaming video:

    - Windows Media Player 10: Download at Microsoft
    - Real Media Player: Download at Real

For any of the videos that are available in the file types flagged above as unable to stream, you MUST right click the videos and choose "save target as", download them completely to your hardrive and then you can view them.

When streaming video is made available as an alternative to the non streaming video file types above, we will create a new section in our movie area that will clearly indicate the videos it showcases as being "streamable".

We have chosen not to use streaming media initially because there is a deterrent in video quality. Non streamable media is comparable to dvd quality, with little loss in image playback. Streamable media is much faster in terms of accessibility (no need to download the entire video first), but it does suffer from quality loss. Streaming video will be made available as an alternative in due time.

F) What are codecs and which ones should I use / Where can I get them?
Codecs are filters that need to be installed on your system in order to view specific video file types. They are necessary for video (and sometimes audio) playback. The following are a list of video codecs that you can download directly on our website:

    - Divx Codecs: Windows 2000/2003/XP/XP PRO - Windows 95/98/Me - Mac - used for Divx media
    - Xvid Codec: Windows - Mac - used for Xvid media
    - Ogg Vorbis Codec: Download - used for Ogg, Ogm media
    - FFDShow Filter: Download - must be installed for most media playback to function properly
    - Matroska Pack: Download - used for playing dual audio matroska (.mkv) files

G) What media players do you recommend for video playback?
There are many different video players out there to choose from, and depending on the video type you are trying to view, some are better than others. Here is a short list of media players we recommend:

    - Divx Player: (included free with Divx codec) - only plays Divx video
    - BSPlayer: Download - great for Divx, Xvid, Mpeg Video
    - Windows Media Player 10: Windows - Mac - great for streaming windows media
    - Media Player Classic: Download - great for Divx, Xvid video with AC3 audio

H) Do you recommend any other software that we should use with your website?
Depending on the type of task you are trying to accomplish, here’s a list of other recommended tools we consider important in making your membership experience seamless with us:

    - ACDSee: Download at ACDSystems - excellent for quick browsing of pictures on your harddrive
    - Daemon Tools: Download - for emulating our hentai game disk images as virtual cds
    - Winrar: Windows - Mac - perfect for decompressing .rar or .zip files
    - AC3 Filter: Download - necessary for ac3 audio playback
    - Vobsub: Download - for viewing films with separate subtitle files
    - Windows XP Japanese Language Pack: Download - For enabling Japanese language on Windows XP/2003 operating systems.
    - RichWin: Download - For enabling Japanese language on Windows 95/98/98SE/Me operating systems.
    - GetRight: Download - Essential for the successful download completion of our large movie and game files *Strongly Recommended*

I) How Do I Run The Games On Your Site?
You will need to use a disk emulator (we recommend Daemon Tools, or Alcohol) and install Japanese support for windows in order to run our Japanese games correctly. We have video tutorial files that outline the process to enable the above requirements. The tutorials are in XViD format, so you must have the codec in order to see the video footage. You must also right click and choose "save target as", download the entire tutorial video to your harddrive before playback.

    - Tutorial One: Enabling Japanese Support In Windows
    - Tutorial Two: Opening Game Disk Images With Deamon Tools

Warning: You will need the Windows XP CD to install Japanese support in windows. This is essential for your games to work properly. If you don't have it, please click here to download our Windows XP/2003 Japanese Language Pack.

J) If I Find Corrupt Or Missing Game Files In Your Archive, Can You Replace/Fix Them ?
Yes, but before you email us regarding the issue, please make sure it's not a problem with your hard drive / corruption due to an incomplete or broken download. Use scandisk and try downloading the file again with a download manager, like GetRight. If the problem persists, please email support and we will take care of the issue as soon as possible.
